Reincarnation of my fathers father
Boy did this freak my parents out. I remember bits and pieces of this but most of what I know was told to me by my dad. Now…how old was I?? Oh man…4?? 5?? 6 maybe?? Something like that.
My grandpa passed away in 1955. I never met him. When I was a kid I would tell my dad; “Hey dad. Remember when I was your dad and we did this or we did that??” And I'd go on to describe with detail something that my father did with his father, like driving the brown pick-up to somewhere to see some one. I did this numerous times. Really made my mom and dad nervous. lol I remember them asking me how I knew these things and I'd answer; “Because I use to be your dad.” I remember thinking that was just the natural way of life. I was your dad, you're my dad now but I will be yours again soon. It just was the way it was in my mind. They tried questioning me about it but how much information can you get out of a 5 year old??
“Hey dad…remember when I was your dad and you and me went fishing with the fly-casting rods??” lol Man, he must of thought I was
some ghost there for awhile. That went on for about a year I think.
